Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership. Please be aware that charges will apply on your billing date.

1. Membership fees are billed and charged on the 1st of each month.

   1. Option 1: Can be rolled over for up to 90 days;

6. Cannot be combined with any other offers.

7. Membership services and enhancements cannot be split into 2 different appointments.

8. Members are encouraged to tip based on the full price of services.

10. No refunds or credit for unused membership, but you may gift an unused membership to another person, as described above.

11. A 24-hour cancellation and no show policy applies to membership services. All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.

12. Price of services and member benefits are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
